In short. We collect only the name and phone number from the enquiry form, so that we can call you back and calculate the material. There are no accounts on this site, we take no payments here, and we sell your data to nobody.

The controller of personal data within the meaning of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” is Bulat.UA LLC. 4. What we do not do
- we do not create accounts and store no passwords;
- we take no payment on the site — the manager issues an invoice;
- we do not sell or pass your data to third parties for advertising;
- we never ask through the site for documents, bank details or card data;
- we make no automated decisions about you and do no profiling;
- we do not knowingly collect data from children.
5. Who receives the data
The carrier — only the recipient’s address and phone number, and only for that specific delivery. The hosting provider whose servers run the site; the server keeps technical access logs, which is its normal operation. Google — anonymised visit statistics; Google’s servers are located outside Ukraine, so that data is processed abroad. State authorities — only on a written request within the law.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries — for as long as they are needed to work with the customer and for accounting, within the periods set by law. The IP address in the form protection — no longer than one hour. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
7. Your rights
You have the right to: learn what data of yours we hold and where it came from; receive a copy of it; correct inaccurate data; request its deletion; restrict or object to the processing; withdraw your consent — after which we stop processing, except for what we are required by law to keep.
How to exercise it: write to sales@bulat.ua from the email address, or quoting the phone number, that you left in the enquiry — we will reply within 30 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you have the right to complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
8. Cookies
The site uses technical cookies without which it does not work, and Google analytics cookies. The analytics ones can be switched off in your browser settings — the site will work exactly the same afterwards.
