Cherry metal tile is RAL 3005, wine red: a dark red with a cherry undertone. On a roof this is one of the most rewarding colours: the Monterrey relief with a dark red coating comes closest of all to the look of natural ceramic tile.
Where it fits
- Houses that want the look of natural tile at the price of metal
- Facades of light plaster and light brick
- Extensions and verandas in one tone with the main roof
- Buildings in a classic style
Which profile we roll
We make one model of metal tile ourselves – Classic (Monterrey): 24 mm profile, 18 mm step, 350 mm tile pitch, 1100 mm working width. The 18 mm step against the usual 14 mm makes the sheet stiffer and the joint less prone to leaking. The sheet length is a multiple of the tile pitch and is matched to the slope.
Steel and coating
- Steel thickness 0.40-0.60 mm
- Coatings Pe Gloss, Pe Matt, Printech
- Metal: Ukraine, Sweden (SSAB), South Korea
- Warranty by steel class: from 20 years on technical properties (Standard) up to 50 (Lux, Swedish SSAB steel)
- Minimum roof pitch – from 14 degrees
What it goes with
A cherry roof stands best above a light facade – white, beige or light grey plaster. With red brick care is needed: two red tones side by side may not match, so hold a sample up on site. Next to it in the palette is RAL 3011, a more brick-like shade.
Price and ordering
Classic metal tile starts from UAH 226/m². The final price depends on the steel thickness, the coating type and the colour. Phone (067) 077-56-77, Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00. There is no on-site measuring visit: the manager works out the quantity from your dimensions or from a drawing you send.
